Actually the title is "Ethos" and it's about how you can change the world (at the end of the film)? It's palying on Nettflix right now and is narrated by Woody Harrelson. It came out in 2011. it is very enlightening look at who really controls the world and how BUT is not pushing a conspiracy theory.
