German Refugee Crisis Figured Out

I figured out what Merkel and her band of Merry Forest Dwelling Outlaws are up to while discussing it with a friend: 

Me to friend: "how much of this astounding show of leadership by Germany, if any, on the refugee issue do you think is being done as a measure of atonement for what they did 70 years ago?"

Friend to me: "None. Germany is being milked by Israel, and they have done so much in reparations. More reparations than what was even truth, so I doubt that this has anything to do with that. Germans are not Hitler or the few psychopaths that made history. If they are doing so because they are trying to prove to the world that they are good, it's a shame that people that had nothing to do with any of it, feel the need to fix something done in the name of insane men. 

We as Americans, don't go around doing good deeds because of the insanity that our own nation has caused world wide, and still causes world wide. We are the new Empire... and we do exactly the same thing Nazi Germany did."

Me to friend:

"Okay so if not atonement, what is it? Of course everybody in Germany is not for it, it is very controversial there. Though, it is the majority, it seems to run slap up against my long held belief that the ancient Greek Sage was right who said "people suck." wait, that's me, he said "all men are bad." So there should not be a majority in Germany agreeing to do this. Lord knows there is not here. We NEVER do the right thing or anything close. For example, when it comes to immigrants, we (recently)had people stealing the limelight arguing to throw back to the wolves  8-year-olds "terrorists" that came here all the way from South America on the top of trains getting raped the whole way & going hungry. And of course the whole thing died down in our stupid press and we never learned their fates, but the point is that the hate mongering selfish b******s always seem to get the mic & dictate our choices here in America."

 Friend to me: "I still go with people suck, and they have motive to the madness, I do not believe it is altruistic. With Israel going on and on and on and on.. Germany may just want the limelight for being good, maybe even better than the rest of the world. ??? just something to chew on.  

As for those children, they got locked up in a jail, and they were being sent back one by one. I have no idea if some are still in the jail or not... I think the last I had researched it, they were close to having them gone. BUT, that could just have been more propaganda, and those kids could just be government slaves for the rest of their lives, and who would know?"

Me to Friend: (I'm still) under the influence of the idea that all men are bad and nations NEVER do the right thing (especially if you look beyond American Religion to our actual history), indeed Germany at this point is all alone, actually showering them with flowers as they make their way into the country and enthusiastically offering to take by far the most of any country.So WTF(udge) is up with that? I shudder to think it's actual goodness, having come to realize that all groups of more 3 people or more, wherever they are are 1 step away from being a mob. Do you have any idea?... wait...
