On Noam Chomsky on Netflix (draft)

email to intellectual Redneck family member:

"It's not on him  (Noam Chomsky, video on Netflix), it is by him. Is that what you mean? Netflix is becoming the place for dissenting voices. Noam Chomsky alone on there is rebellious as hell because he is for American press, a pariah. Did you know that? he has all sorts of awards and used to have all sorts of appearances, ALL internationally and not covered domestically. If he is covered domestically, it is negatively.

So Netflix putting his stuff up domestically is subversive and in my opinion rebellious and therefore possibly hazardous to Netflix's health. The fact that they let Mike Moore on the orthodox media means they've marginalized him sufficiently that he's not a threat.
If they can't find a way to shut up their pariahs on Netflix by co-opting (get Disney to buy it out) it they will exterminate it, just as they do all threats to profit  if they cannot marginalize them, like they did leaders Like Hugo Chavez and Patrice Lumumba.  Probably Netflix will be bought out, like A&E, and Discovery, both former venues for occasionally really good documentaries, both of which are now dominated by crap reality shows

If they can't accomplish that , then that they will find a way exterminate Netflix, typically by having it bought out. I mean i don't feel PBS is such a threat or has ever been which is why it's been tolerated, It's basically marginalized itself as an important voices of what is REALLY going on with its incessant Rah, Rah, Sis, Boom Bah American Cheerleader bullshit. PBS is largely with the In crowd a tool if 1%ers (according to Chomsky its 1/10 of 1 percent with the highest concentration of wealth) because with all it's cheer leading, it is an important voice of distraction that carries along the false, unsupported by true history, narrative of how wonderful and great America is  supposed to be just like they want. I mean I've NEVER seen Chomsky on PBS, who is, according to other intellectuals and foreigners that is the greatest intellectual of our time."
