and on my tomtom, on is off and off is on: "sound on" is a speaker with a red circle superimposed on it and a slash. "Sound off" is just the speaker in the icon! it is like having an on off light switch and "on" is now actually current off. most Modern electronic devices are all like this.  It's like they've geared everything to some one guy in Siberia who thinks the red circle and red slash through something means it is on. 

 maybe that's how JFK JR got his whole family killed? Maybe on the plane he bought, up on the instrument panel was really down?

Or maybe he was just the arrogant but ultimately too stupid to live jackass he came off as to me when he killed his wife and her sister flying a plane in conditions he wasn't trained or qualified to fly in. it reminds me of a driver behind me honking his horn angrily at me because I stopped in a right lane at the the red light and looked both ways before continuing into the intersection. could that have been JFK behind me? if so, then JFK JR. (maybe he was too stupid to live because he lost his father too young and nobody taught him anything. i mean his surviving uncle drove straight  off a bridge and was a boozer (not to bright).

They arrested the senior officials of the Fukishima power plant disaster for trial. That's amazing and good news. it's amazing because in the USA they'd get a golden parachute and a medal from the President or at least keep all the money and get a taxpayer bailout of their legal fees. NOBODY EVER gets arrested here as long as they did the murder, molestation,poisoning, neglect that resulted in deaths under the vaunted auspices of a corporate entity, religious institution or educational institution. Everyone knows in America the best way to get away with murder, molesting children, poisoning people in their homes, all the while avoiding ANY avoid pesky prosecutions is to have a high job in a corporation, the Catholic church, or Penn State University.
