To any doubters as to what this country is
for: there is a story tonight on PBS News hour about a lady who had metastasized squamous cell carcinoma just like my mother died of last year. She too, was given 6 months to live just like my mother, yet is alive, cancer free after SEVERAL years.
The secret: none, just cutting
edge drug therapy that boosted her body's ability to fight the cancer, therapy that has been available for years and as I recall that has
been in the news as I recall r at least 20 YEARS.
Yet my mother, at Moffitt Cancer Center, supposedly the premier cutting edge Cancer Center in Florida got the 100+-year old radiation therapy and her tumors grew like erupting volcanos and killed her.
Why?
Because in this country we do not have health care, WE HAVE HEALTH BUSINESS, that is all about making us sick, milking us dry of our financial assets, including our various government provided benefits our homes, our bank accounts before we die.
